www.vibodesign.com is a site operated by Vibo Design AB. We are registered in Sweden under company number 559026-0880, and VAT No. SE559026088001.
Our main office is located in Uppsala, Sweden.
- For all European countries, prices include Swedish VAT at 25%. All orders within EU is shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and customs are included in the price. All shipments are fully insured, until you receive the items.
- All taxes are calculated and included in the final price communicated at the end of your order. Vibo Design is required by law to declare an accurate value on all shipments.
- All attempts to fraud or invalid credit card information will be prosecuted by law. We reserves the right to end our agreement if we suspect any fictious or incorrect orders.
- Vibo Design reserves against errors in information given regarding size, price or colours. We can not guarantee that the items appearance fully corresponds to reality.
- To order at Vibo Design, you must be 18 years old, or older. We reserve the right to cancel orders.

Payment Options
We cooperate with Klarna, a leading provider of payment services. You can also pay with Swish payments. Vibo Design does not store any credit card numbers.
Returns and refunds
Vibo Design uses a withdrawal period of 30 days. This means that you can return your item within 30 days after they have been delivered to you. For an approved return, the goods must be unused, and in original packaging. If these requirements are not met, we will not accept your return. If you return your item with the clause above and return all of the products to us you will be entitled to a full refund within 30 days of your return arrives.
If you use the right of withdrawal you will not be refunded the the shipping charges back to Vibo Design. Make sure that you receive a tracking number or an document which in correspond with the parcel from the general post office or carrier.

At this moment, we can not accept any exchange procedure. Return your item in the original packaging and place a new order in our shop online. Please contact the customer services for further information.
Delivery
If the item is in stock, the expected delivery time will be 1-5 working days from the day you place the order. At some times, during holidays and weekends, the delivery time might be extended. We use Schenker, PostNord and UPS as delivery partners. All orders within EU is shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and customs are included in the price. All shipments are fully insured, until you receive the items.
Unclaimed goods We will charge €15 for unclaimed goods. If you have changed your mind regarding the order, you still must claim the package, and send it back to us. Otherwise we will register the delivery as unclaimed.
Damaged goods All shipments are fully insured, until you receive the items. Please check the delivery for external damage. If you do find any damage, please do not accept the delivery. If the product is damaged, please contact our customer service. Please note that all products are returned at your own risk. Make sure that you receive a tracking number or an document which in correspond with the parcel from the post or carrier .
